The two drivers we had were professional and helpful from day one. We used Sunstate for our family of eight for transportation to and from the airport, as well as two days from our hotel to Universal Studios. They were always timely and professional. At one point we had trouble obtaining our tickets for Universal and we missed our transportation window with Sunstate. After it was fixed on our end they turned around and picked us up with no hesitation. They were also kind enough to pick us up a bit early from Universal Studios when a huge Thunder storm hit 3 hours from our original pickup time. All and all we can’t say enough good things about Sunstate. We will definitely suggest them to anyone who needs transportation in the Orlando area. Beyond excellent service!!!!
